- The comet return system is designed to lower costs and increase production
- Makes edgebanding a one man operation
- Fit any edgebander or profile sander
- The Comet is made up of a number of fully self contained units that simply plug together to make the system.
- Lowers the risk of back injuries
- Simplifies factory layout because there will be no access required to the out feed end of the edgebander
- PVC sleeved aluminium rollers run on sealed ball bearings for quiet running and low maintenance.
- Rollers are driven with flat belts.
- Easy to operate. The comet will automatically turn on and off with the edgebander and is controlled by a PLC.
